Van mij zelf 29 januari een bevestiging gehad, maar van mijn wederhelft nog geen email ontvangen, ik zie ook geen afwijzingen.

Ik hoop toch dat ze bij een evt. afwijzing, dit tijdig melden, zodat je zsm nieuwe of correctie documentatie kan aanleveren.

Status and fulfilment of the Composition Agreement – de minimis payments

In accordance with the Composition Agreement for LBI, which became binding upon the end of the time limit to appeal according to Article 59 of the Act on Bankruptcy etc. No. 21/1991 on 25 December 2015, LBI has now executed the de minimis payments to its creditors.

If payment instructions have already been received and verified as sufficient by the company, the de minimis payments will be delivered to the relevant accounts accordingly. If such sufficient payment instructions have not been received and/or if they have not been verified as sufficient, the de minimis payment in question has been deposited on a statutory escrow account in the name of LBI in accordance with paragrahp 5 of Article 103 a of Act No. 161/2002 on Financial Undertakings as amended. Efforts to collect and verify payment instructions are ongoing. De minimis payments will be transferred from the escrow account in accordance with payment instructions received once they have been verified as sufficient.

De minimis payments with respect to claims which are disputed and/or contingent are deposited on the afforenamed statutory escrow account in the name of LBI until the dispute has been resolved or the condition no longer applies.

Further information regarding the de minimis payments will be sent to creditors over the course of the next few days.

Creditors that have not already submitted payment instructions and/or necessary documentation are encouraged to do so as soon as possible. Creditors that have been provided with individual login credentials for the web portal https://composition.lbi.is can submit the relevant information and documentation electronically through that web portal.

Als de betaling per postduif gaat snap ik dat, maar in het IBAN tijdperk, zou dit toch maar 2 dagen hoeven duren (mijn ervaring met buitenland is max 2 dagen)

Wat ik wel vreemd vind, ze zeggen dat ze op volgorde van binnnekomst 'approven'.

Maar de claim van mijn vriendin is nog niet 'approved', niet afgewezen, wel tegelijk ingediend, dan zou zowel haar als mijn claim toch al goed bevonden moeten zijn?

Wederom update op website (maar wat dit te maken heeft met de uitbetaling, snap ik niet helemaal)

Status and fulfilment of the Composition Agreement – information to enable issuance of securities

In relation to preparation of the issuance of the Bonds and the Shares (together the “Securities”) as a part of the fulfilment of the Composition Agreement of LBI, creditors entitled to receive Securities in accordance with the conditions of the Composition Agreement have been instructed to provide certain information and documents. It is emphasised that these instructions are more extensive than the information requested for the purposes of the de minimis payment, including with respect to anti-money laundering controls (KYC requirements) and the return of the appropriate IRS Form to confirm the tax position of each creditor in the United States of America.

The relevant information and documentation can be submitted electronically through the website https://composition.lbi.is using the login credentials previously sent to creditors.

If the necessary information or documentation has not been provided, the information and/or documentation is not in proper form or if the same has not been verified as sufficient prior to the issue date, the Securities attributable to the creditor in question will be placed on escrow in accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 103 a of Act No 161/2002 on Financial Undertakings as amended, until such time as delivery can take place.

Securities and rights attributable to claims which are disputed and/or contingent will be preserved in accordance with the aforementioned provision of the Act on Financial Undertakings and in accordance with the Composition Agreement, until the dispute has been resolved or condition is no longer relevant, so that delivery can take place.

Further information concerning the issuance of the Securities will be provided in due course.

Approved. Toch met alleen een afschriftje van de bank website en een id bewijs met veel weggepoetste details ivm idfraude. Maar dat was geen probleem ☺

Van mijn vriendin nog steeds niet approved...

Maar ook nog steeds geen geld ontvangen voor mijn deel, al 3 dagen onderweg??

Eens wat opgezocht, en schijnbaar kan het tot 5 werkdagen duren (betalingen vanuit Ijsland)

Ze hebben daar geen SEPA zeker...

Vandaag de uitbetaling ontvangen. We hadden een en/of rekening, ook tweemaal de benodigde formulieren ingediend en nu ook tweemaal geld ontvangen. Het was dan lang wachten, maar dat valt dan toch niet tegen.

Vandaag ook twee keer uitbetaling ontvangen voor een en/of rekening.
Wij hadden maar één 'approved' ontvangen, maar toch beide uitbetalingen nu tegelijk ontvangen.

Wij hebben 15 januari de documenten ingediend, en 28 januari de bevestiging gekregen dat alles in orde was. En dan vandaag de betaling ontvangen bij ING bank.

Hier ook 15 januari ingediend, en 29 januari approved (alleen voor mij)

En nu half 3 nog steeds niet ontvangen, de grootbanken willen nog ff dit weekend rente trekken denk ik

Re: Notification of settlement of de minimis payment pursuant to the Composition Agreement of LBI hf. (formerly Landsbanki Íslands hf.)
This letter concerns your claim against LBI hf. (“LBI” or the “Company”) referenced to above, which was submitted and approved in the winding-up proceedings of the Company as an unsecured claim with ranking as provided for in Article 113 of the Act on Bankruptcy etc. No 21/1991 in the full amount as set out in the table below (the “Claim”).
According to the terms of the Composition Agreement, which became effective and binding as of 25 December 2015, the amount of the de minimis payment with respect to each unsecured claim can be up to the equivalent amount of ISK 1,700,000 but paid in EUR, as further described in the Composition Agreement and the Information Memorandum. The amount in EUR is determined by the published selling rate of the EUR as registered by the Central Bank of Iceland at the date of payment, which was on 8 February 2016.

Mail net ontvangen en op de rekening gekeken en het geld is ook binnen en staat op de rekening. Nu kan ik het Icesave avontuur afsluiten na een hele lange tijd. Ik hoop dat dit het ook het geval is voor de vele anderen hier in het forum maar natuurlijk ook voor iedereen die nog bedrag tegoed had van Icesave en niet hier in het forum zitten.

Inderdaad, eindelijk een meevaller als gevolg van de zwakke EURO en kijk maar naar mijn avatar die dat feit goed weergeeft.
